Clean Quick Buzz

Post by Otis Campbell »

I've had friends say, I have seemed to notice as well...

All my homemade likker seems to give a quick buzz, then it's gone..
Does this make any sense?
I drink store bought whiskey or beer and the buzz lingers.

Your friends have observed correctly. Sounds you are making strict cuts.

Maybe pull a bit further north of center for them that perfer to get all sloppy?

Clean spirit buzzes are quick and the onset and regression are almost undetectable... Only hangovers linger... That means most of the common "buzz" is actually a hangover, whether folks know it or not...

You can more readily keep it in check but the cumulative effect is the same, but without a lot of the symptoms associated with commercial spirits, as well as all beers and wines... A clean buzz but perhaps not quick unless you want it that way...
