VA stopped my pain meds

Long story short, I'm a service connected disabled vet, with chronic pain and I failed a drug test for THC.
A private hospital did the test and the VA instantly ended my pain meds.
Yes, I was guilty on the THC piss test,
I've been using 7.5mg of hydrocodone nightly for years.
Never asked for more opioids , even though I needed it.

Explain it to your local VA representative... Be very blunt... Ask them if getting hooked on heroine is what they expect of you in light of their knee-jerk decision... That seems to be what has been happening in recent years... Maybe that will jar their gray matter into making a hasty reversal of their decision...

If you're going the route of china white or something other then at least do your research.
There are safer ways and not so safe, err on the side of caution.
I realize you are way beyond what OTC can do for you but for God's sake be safe.

It's got to the point that none of these options are helping.
As the Dr. said, I'll know when it's time to get joint replacement.
I'd like to push this option as far in the future as I can.

Get in touch with all your political members from all levels of government (municipal, state, and federal).. hound them every day until one of them get tried of you calling..

It's a pain in a*h, but you need help today not tomorrow.. Take hope that something good will come your way..

My dad had total hip replacement recently, they have really come a long way with that kind of surgery!
He's up on ladders and going at it like he was a much younger man again.
He is 76 years old.

I too am lookign in to CBD oil ( should be legal, no THC in it) but for my wife, she's in constant pain after our 3rd child

Im with Nerdy, get the joint replaced. This shit is outpatient nowadays. I got a full knee replacement and was home by dinner time. There's no point in the daily pain these days. Youll kick yourself for not doing it sooner

haha, and you both are right, doc screwed up my knee, need another surgery to fix his mistake, and there aint no warranty on doc repairs. But its still better than before surgery.

And its big hell for a few weeks after surgery. But you will see more narco's again from it. all kinds

na, it is what it is. knee aint right, but Im fortunate that its not chronic pain. Just limits what I can do. Seems rollin around on the concrete workin on my car is when it bitches at me the worst, but I dont have to do that often enough to worry about.

Sad story. I had chronic shoulder problems for about three years. Pain all day, every day. Bought a vaporizer and some stuff that's legal over here, in smaller quantities at least, in order to be able to at least fall asleep at nights. I guess that treatment is available - as a medicine - in some states of the USA as well now?

i was taking morphine and hydrocodone as a break thru
I have a lot of rods in my back.
I got busted for thc, I immediately joined a substance abuse group
and told my pain dr.
because i was getting treatment for the thc.all was forgiven
