Single collum, double liebig condenson, coil above his head?
What diameter are your bowl bubbles, how many nut'n'bolts and any gasket there?
Did you cut out a disk or drill permanent plates inbetween each one before soldering?

most important how does it run?!
Where has all the rum gone? . . .

Man, I can't get the smile off my face. LMAO, in the best way.

I don't care what it does, that was worth it.

Girls dont piss like that. This ones gotta be a boy.

And just when I thought I'd seen it all, along comes MR with this. You got too much imagination dude.

Just watch out for those Bender robots, they not only run on hard liquor, but they will be highly attracted to her...umm...him.

Ok' smile has gone a bit now, whats the go with the twin condensors?
For capacity, art, or both?
Is it a thumper tower, or plates?

Just looked at those hands again, smiles back.
Just laughing to myself about what the alcometer is going to do in tails. I'd love to see a video.

Before it was done my wife looked at it as MR was explaining it. The hands were not attached holding the parrot so later I explained that it was going to be a robot taking a piss, the hands and finished look is a nice added touch to what I saw!

Some more guessing ... what if these "balls" are what is usually called an "onion" on an alambic? Increase of condensating area, potstill with increased reflux capability (when run slowly)?

Come on MR, don't keep us in the dark no longer.

Or I will really get ... pissed.

Odin.

THIS A HIGHLY ADVANCED AUTOMATED DEVICE. Nah, that’s BS

Functioning art. Simplicity. CM packed column. No bubble caps No plates. Three inch holes where soldered. Stainless mesh screen held down by full fine copper packing in each ball. 101 nuts and bolts. 202 washers

I expect to achieve tremendous amount of refluxing with a vapor speed change at each ball. Vapor will linger and drip as it slows in the packing before being forced through the next three inch restriction.

The arms are twin Liebigs because I expect a huge amount of vapor to knock down. Vent holes will be drilled below the elbows. One more hand to make.

The brains include packing and a reflux condenser shaped like a stove burner. Coolant will be diverted from exit water.

Screw Perf plates or caps. My flute made better tasting booze at 90% when I stuffed it with packing than with the plate tree in. I want to see how far packing can be pushed. Six inch? Twelve inch? After I help BM with his new still and build a new four inch column for my dad I am going to build a six inch packed collumn.

Sorry for the delay guys. I had a freinds and family Christmas party yesterday afternoon.

Pressure and leak testing soon. First run to follow.

From your prior posts I thought it would be some sort of thumper bubbler set up. But I'm still interested to see how the vapor expansion in the balls effects the output. I found with mine the expansion in my condenser ball helped with the cooling efficiency.

You said your reflux condenser is a coil like a electric burner? So its a flat coil that spans the width of the top ball? Spacing between the coils? If so I really like the idea. I'm guessing its 1/4"? How much do you have coiled in there? Just curiosity wanted to compare to mine. I have 7 foot or so in mine. But mine isn't flat its a traditional coil. can't wait to hear some results. I think you mite get that neutral out of this one that you have been looking for.

Hmmm... Very similar to the variable thumper concept I have been kicking around that would use small SS pet food bowls... Actually even considered using very small SS cups like Au Jus Sauce, Cocktail Sauce, etc., would be served in... All but the robot part, that is...

Nice work, as usual, mash rookie... Gonna have to give this topic a complete re-read... :ewink: Keep the innovations coming...
