Fermenting for a single malt whiskey at the moment. Its moving a little slow because its cold outside. Gunna use the spent mash for a sugar head afterwards. Waiting in a delivery of apples to do a brandy as well.

I've dispatched and butchered a few lambs in my day. Although I used to raise pigs, i've only watched a pig being done. Would love to get back into next year for myself.

It went good! Tastes.. christmassy. it didn't ferment completely dry though. Maybe not enough nutrients for the yeast i think. Came out about 11 percent. I definitely recommend it. lovely taste.
