Anyone ever heard of the Sadler Vampire or Sadler Piranha?
It's a small, single engine, single pilot (some 2-seaters), twin boom, pusher prop plane.
Looks like they used to make 'em way back in the day, but some sources look like they still produce 'em somewhere. If you have any info let me know--I've read a lot about 'em online and would like to find out if you can build 'em or buy 'em new...?
Kindda sweet--could be a cool sporty private plane.
Anyone heard of this airplane?

Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

I've been keeping and eye on the progress of this plane, on and off, for over ten years... I've helped work on several experimentals and ultralights and even designed an ultralight with the same twin boom concept... One of these days, when I have a place with a shop, I'd like to get back into building...

Looking at the airfoil, this plane looks difficult to fly. It's aerobatic but not stable. I wouldn't want to fly a plane rated -/+ 6G with a fold up wing
Now here's my favorite plane

The Zlin 242L, fully aerobatic yet dynamically stable, old school design and craftmanship. Short field ready. IFR capable. Oh yeah, babe, this is the one for me.
Someday, I'll own one of these.

I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it left.
