Newbie from ky
Hello, I am totally new to this but i am hooked. A buddy of mine brought over some shine that was flavored like apple cinnamon it was a delight to drink . So now I have to make my own version. I really need something that will allow me to produce astonishing whiskeys and shine and hooch everything. This website will give me the knowledge to do so. THANKS!C

Plenty of great information here to learn from and we're here to help you along your journey... Sounds like you'll be wanting to make both flavored spirits like whiskey and rum, along with neutral spirits that you can add flavoring to or use as vodka... A pot still will get you both or you can build a combo still or multiple still heads for the same boiler... Chances are, if you're as hooked as you stated, you'll end up with more than one design anyway...
