Good info, scarecrow... Don't want folks gutting their kitchens... I can definitely see where the nitrogen would help make a good yeast bomb...

Sampled my Peas & Corn wash today after letting it sit for a week or so.

This stuff was good off the still, but dayum, I've found my ambrosia. This one's a keeper. :D
Smoother than any sugar wash I've made to date. No harsh bite and a nice soft hint of corn.

I put another wash down today. :D
