Mixing low wines: grape and apple

Post by Scribbler »

Hi. I've got a gallon of low wines from the apples I got off of my backyard tree.

I've also got a gallon of low wines from 25 litres of grapejuice from my parents farm.

does anyone know what the effect would be like if I mixed the two and did a single spirit run? would it be undrinkable? I would never even consider this if it were say a gallon of ujsm low wines and a gallon of fruit brandy, but the fact that they are both all natural fruit brandies (straight juice, no sugar added) makes me wonder if it might be workable?

I would REALLY appreciate some feedback here!!! I guess mostly what I want to do is get the largest spirit run I can so that my cuts go easier...

Yes, it would definitely be drinkable as long as you make proper cuts... Might taste like Grapple or just taste like hooch...
