Like everything in life, there comes a time to try something new! Being naturally a guy who loves to cook, I decided to enter the domain of distilling. I have much to learn, so if you live in New Jersey(preferably North), I'd love to see how these marvelous cookers operate!

OK,ok sorry about that small (BIG)error, but truth is I am interested and think what you guys do is fantastic-even if I am a teetotller at heart! As I mentioned I am a guy who delights in cooking,not much of a baker, and was just interested in trying this. Hope all is forgiven!

No harm done, gpwgyrene... I have the same problem with my father posting too much information all across the internet, thinking that the world is still filled with honest people... A bit of anonymity goes along way towards avoiding problems...
