Volume of Corn

Post by vicrider »

Getting ready to start a batch of UJSSM but I don't have a scale. Any way to approximate the weight of the cracked corn? For example, 1 quart jar = ?lbs or something similar. Thanks, V

LOL

"I want to help" is a legitimate statement. Weather they actually HELP or not is the question. Just like those on assistance, they "honestly" "WANT" to work, they just don't.

Good 'ole govt. Like buying a gun, you're not approved, rather, you're "not dissaproved".

Don't you love it.

Anyway, for what it's worth, I measured a quart mason jar filled to the shoulder of the jar several times and averaged the weights. 1#2oz. on average for cracked corn.
