Wheat germ recipe

Post by Yungin »

I have a batch of this fermenting and wen I checked it two days ago it tested at 1.03 and it tasted awesome so I put a gallon of it in the fridge. My question is can I drink it like this or does something else need to b done to it? If it can be drank like this I planned on filtering it first but it has cleared up quite nicely in the last two days

Do you mean that you want to drink the fermented beer/wine rather than to distill it into spirits...??? If so, yes, you can drink it as long as it doesn't have too much epsom salt or fertilizer in the wash or you'll end up with the shits...
