Hello folks,
Been lurking for a few hours and am excited about the information available around here and the discipline of the posters here willing to share what you have learned. I'm from the left coast of the USA and I'm a hobbyist in very basic chemistry. Learning practical new knowledge is very stimulating to me and experimenting is the further extension and manifestation of the knowledge learned I always say. I would like to extend a thank you for the information found here and hope to ask relevant questions and contribute at some point even if I'm a newbie at Distillation.
I've got a bunch of grapes and other fruit trees in my back yard. The fruits go to waste or is shared with the local wildlife because it is too much for my family and I think I can put some to good use in home fermentation and distillation. Herein lies my great interest in the subject.
