Hi from NZ

Post by djamesnz »

Hi there,

I'm lucky enough to live in New Zealand in a beautiful place called Waiheke Island.
I've always been a bit interested in home brewing etc but after trying a friend's home made bourbon, I'm a convert.
I recently bought a super reflux still and am waiting with eager anticipation for it to arrive so I can get together my first wash and get it cranking. No doubt I will be asking a whole heap of question...not before searching the forum first tho'

Just noticed that our pear tree has a whole heap of fruit..might search for something about that and give it a crack.

Anyways, chat with you soon.

Cheers

Darren
