power regulator advice needed

newbee here ,ive been using a pot still for about 8 months now and decided to build my own reflux still (will post pictures soon once complete) my pot is a burshaw urn 3000w holds 20l so im looking for a power regulator of some sort to suit ,in the uk 240v here , any advic ewhat and where to buy one would be appreciated ,cheers

There are several topics relating to various power controllers here in these forums... A good place to start would be in the New Distillers Reading Lounge... Plenty of good information there, including introductions to power controllers...
