I have been looking around on this site for about a year now, and this is is my first post! I got interested in distilling by way of my other "hobby" which is making bio diesel that my wife and I run in our Jetta's. One thing led to another, and I found myself making a UJSM and putting together a small boiler. After the maiden voyage, and waking up the day after consuming my makings to find it did not kill me...
skip to today, and I find myself with a 60" tall 2" Boka strapped to a keg boiler! Ran my cleaning cycle and will be running a batch of All Bran that has just finished fermenting tomorrow. Have only done pot still runs so far, but with the new rig (will post pics later), i hope to try my hand at some neutral as well.

I have logged many hours on this site already! Have read through the ENTIRE UJSM at least once. I think i could built my column and condenser with one hand tied behind my back! Not being cocky, just saying i read so much, that it made doing it a lot easier. Even my double wound coil turned out pretty damn good on the first attempt. As you all say, all the time, read, read, read! That is what I did, did, did!

I am glad I found this place. I have been reading for hours a day for 4-5 days. I think I could make a run from memory by now. Just waiting on the money for the build.
