very new to this world ..

Afternoon
i,m a real novice to this world but do love the drinking of the wine ..
Many years ago mum and dad did the home made wine from our farmhouse ..
we had wonderful time collection the fruit veg grain..

watching it change mum used to float fresh yeast spread on toast..we used old china
wash bowls the ones that came with jug and sat on the dressing table ..before
wash stand were in your bed room..lol

so now i,m trying to re kindle the past ( i do living history ) 1940s
and would love to have a few bottle for next season

taste Wine Gin vodka

sloe Gin/Vodka is the think i,m thinking of sloes are fat and nearly ripe ..about two or three weeks

Blackberries and apple wine .. got both ready to put down Monday ...

demijohn arrived today just cleaning them help how do i deep clean these stored in garage for about two years..

help in making wine would be great x

So you'll be wanting both heads eventually,,,yes?

Start with the pot head cuz you can do anything with it...IMO.

Welcome Jenny. I heard stories of my Gmaw as a little girl hearing a knock on the door late at night when her dad ran the areas grind mill. She said there would sometimes be a lil bottle in the bottom of the sack of ground grain... :D
