New from the fist pump state!

Just wanted to say hi to other members! I'm new to distilling but have been making wine for years. I guess going from wine to liquor making is just the natural evolution of this hobby. I have already made my column and purchased a boiler from Mile Hi. Already made my clening run. Will do my scrafical alcohol run later this week with some good ole carlo rossi. I have my first wash fermenting, I used a reciepe from this forum and hopefully will run it thru the still this Saturday. I'm so stoked Well once again hi to all and if anyone is interested pictures of my set up are in the "My first " page under "My modified CM".

Never heard of the fist pump state... Must be a local thing because I'm only a state away from NJ... Or maybe I'm just getting old...

Anyway, plenty of great information here to absorb... No fist pumping required...

If I was to hazzard a guess, NJ, there's a few references on google.
(maybe nova can tell us where that comes from)
