Prayers needed

Post by Coyote »

My Father in Law went in yesterday for a heart valve replacement - his third in 30 years.
4-5 hour surgery ended up being 10 hours plus

Much worse than they thought. Had to do 2 additional bypasses.

Nurse came out every 2 hours and told his wife everything was going fine. Doctor came out
at the end and told her they couldn't close him up due to something until perhaps Saturday.

He had a very rough night last night and still on the respirator, and they are not allowing him to wake up until they can close.

This morning they said they did not expect him to make it through the day.

Please offer your prayers for this very good man.
I can't stand to think of his not being here for his daughters and grandchildren and his son in laws.

He needs all the prayers we can send to the good Lord

Thanks

That's sad. I wish him the very best and he's in my prayers. Life is tough.

That's rough. I work in the administration at a convent. I'll ask some of the sisters to keep him in their prayers.

Jesus said in the Bible that we should lay hands on the sick and pray for them in his name Jesus Christ, that they will recover and made well! Amen! So do what the word of God says and all will be made whole. It is His word to us, his people, in these last days! May God Bless you and your family! Amen! And Praise God for his healing and recovery!

I am sorry for your loss, Coyote... Having recently gone though the death of a close friend I know what you and your family are going through... Being there for your family is what is important now but we'll be here for you if you need to vent to a few thousand friends...
