different SG's same ingredients

I started two 5 gallon crack corn and cane sugar washes today... same ingredients in each bucket but one buckets starting SG was 1.080 and the other was 1.065 :crazy: ....i weighed everything on my grain scale to make sure i had the exact amounts in each... i really don't understand why they are different.. any ideas?
South....waaaaaayyyy south bayou blood can be as potent as that clear stuff coming out the still..

is there a difference in temperature?,,one mixed and one not?

I sturred them equally... temps were a tad different (9 degrees).. maybe that was it...

That definitely could account for the difference... A hydrometer temperature correction chart should verify that for you...
