Quick Coil Condenser Question

Quick Coil Condenser Question
This is what my coil looks like after the vinegar/water run as well as 2 sacrificial runs. Would this be an indication that the cleaner bottom portion of the coil is what is doing the actual work, and that I could slow down on the water flow to use more of the coil in condensing???
