Hi everyone! I have thought about making "true, honest to GOD moonshine" for years. Many years! Not for resale. But because my grandad did before I was old enough to know what shine was. I want to keep the prosses as safe and simple as possible. That way , I belive, I would have time to deal with more things that control the flavor and come up with a drinkable product for myself. Something I would be and could be proud of when a friend comes to the house and I can offer him or her a drink. I have read quite a bit off line and now on line and now found this wonderful site. Thank you in advance for all of your paitiance and understanding that "I AM A NOOB"! LOL I need lots-o-help. Before I start to assault everyone with all the questions I have, I plan on doing a bit more reading on this site. Thank you again and a special thanks to the webmaster for having this site for everyone to share.
