You can definitely do it. It is astonishing (to me) how simple the process of making 'alright' spirits is once you understand it. good and great spirits takes practice and is a fine art indeed (and fun too).

Now, you've probably noticed we all say this constantly, but there is quite a lot of learning to do... the only thing for it is to read, read, read. spend at least a week or so reading before you rush into anything or build / buy something you regret. I'd suggest a read through the parent site, a read of all of the sticky posts on this forum, and then another read through the parent site (as you'll probably miss a lot the first time). Trust me, the research pays off.

in a general way, it looks like you'll be wanting a nice simple pot still. These are pretty simple to manufacture if you get hold of a beer keg, they can clamp right onto the top and then you can fire it with a gas ring.

Good luck! Look forward to hearing how you get on.

Welcome to the forums, youngbuck...

Take kiwistiller's advice with regard to reading... It's easier to read and ask questions before making mistakes than after...

Good luck...

Welcome young buck.

Kind regards.
