Being from that part of the world and a potstiller I'm sure you have some stories of interesting flavors you have come up with. What's your favorite.
On reread I noticed "NEW". I'm new myself and learning plenty. Ask away, someone will point you in the right direction in quick order. I run a potstill at the present myself.
