What he is doing is distilling alcohol. Not likely tasty enough for me though.

If you like fuckin about like a a fuckin jerk off,,,, then this jailhouse hooch trick may be enough to satisfy one's desire to conduct one's self like a fuckin jerk off.

What an irresponsible, self congradulatory, jerk off move.

Does it work???

Barely.

No cuts to speak of. But there are lots of folks kickin about that have no idea what cuts are.

Part that gets me is that he puts a peice of bloody plastic directly within the vapor path.

A potstill is so easy to put together. This bullshit trickery is what makes people get sick.

It is not cool.

If you have to ask this question, you obviously have not read anything on this forum especially the parts relating to safety.

What can one say?????

The answer to your question will is that it sucks as a method of distillation. If you decide to try it expect headaches like you've never had before and maybe a projectile vomit or two.

As I've said before, Stay Safe.

"Since the alcohol here is around ninety percent..."

Yeah. You just keep telling yourself that, kid.

"I also encourage you to do some in-depth research before attempting this, to avoid blindness, death or a kitchen inferno."

Because, you know, this method won't kill you, but only if you've done in-depth research on it. If you follow these exact same steps without in-depth research, who knows what could happen?

Ya know I tried that method just to see if I could get it to work. It's a good way to make windshield washer fluid.

Lol I was actually stuck in a motel In Abilene TX for 6 days waiting for my truck to be repaired. I did a super fast ferment and gave it go on a hot plate I carry in the truck. Needless to say that wasn't one of my better ideas.
