Hi,I have to say thanks for all this info,you guys are awesome! I've been making it for about 6 years now and the best recipes come from this place.currently I'm running a 7.5 gal pot,all stainless and copper,respectively.Cheers

Simple potstiller. Slow, single run.
(50 litre, propane heated pot still. Coil in bucket condenser - No thermometer, No carbon)
