Hi
I want to start producing large quantities of flavoured vodka.
At the moment I make my own by dissolving candy/sweets in vodka eg Skittles, Boiled sweets etc.
I have found a company that will make concentrated flavours that are use only 1% of the final volume.
The problem I have is that I need a product that will 1) Sweeten the vodka & 2) Change the Viscosity (thickness) of the liquid.
Any ideas what I could use ??
Also I need natural colours for red, pink, orange, balck, blue & purple.

That statement is going to raise suspicions with some members, including me... The term "large quantities" throws a red flag that you might be selling... Unless you are a licensed distiller, any indication that you may be selling is frowned upon here...timwhiteley wrote:I want to start producing large quantities of flavoured vodka.
