Hello all,
I,m a noob too, I started this hobby about 6 mos. ago. Ive got 4 stripping runs and one good spirit run under my belt so far, I have had a great time with this. My spirit run came out quite well I think
and with out charcoal filtering, I did the spirit run very slow..14 hrs. I know it will be great neutral once I do the filtering ( looking for parts to build me a ss filter). I have only done sugar/turbo washes so far and my next project will be a corn mash so I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions once I get over in the right topic section. so let me get to learning!
Welcome home, sounds like you are well on your way to a fun addiction, stick to the tried and true recipes for fool proof results and you will be fine. Got any pictures of your setup?

I am liking this site. I don't think I'll have too much trouble figuring things out now. I have seen a few familliar faces from the brewhause forum too.
