Learn'ins the stew
I've always been interested, been reading and talking for some time now. So i started building and fermenting. ive run her twice,burned the first one to much veg matter in pot second was just a little to clean that nasty smell out of her. now back to waiting for the mash cant wait to post pics and the results good luck to all and to all a drunk night

What recipe are you currently using...??? Plenty of great information here, as you have discovered... Keep us posted on your progress... You already know that we love pictures, mainly because we're predominantly men and men are visual creatures...
