It's been a long time since I last posted on here... A few of the old timers may remember me
It's been a very busy 2 years. 
TTB alone took 8 months... that was a blast. 
Special thanks to Uncle Remus, as we're distilling a rice based vodka. Gin will follow shortly (thanks to Odin for getting us started down that path), as well as some infusions down the road (some of which will likely be similar to some tried and true's here!)
Also thanks to Rad and Prairiepiss for their many informative posts and answers to questions early on.
Here's a pic of the tasting room and the mash tun... its a bit of a step up from a keg! Just ran our first batch earlier this week and its popping away in the fermenter! The space is still a little rough around the edges, but we're getting there.
