I want to upgrade my operation to a 55 gallon stainless drum and start mashing all grain in the 50 gallon batch size.

as for suggestions to DixieDrifter - check out Pint's large set up - might be better than a drum - you can make the bottom thicker, or even build it as a double boiler set-up....oh and set aside some money for some of those inexpensive web-type security cameras.....they have nice motion sensitve ones that you can control over the web (pan, zoom and tilt, and with infrared) and that can page (or text) you when they sense motion.....

Actually the problem was with my grandmother whom I'm stuck living with for the moment till my new house gets finished.

Well it is a kinda funny story...

Had quite a few packed up and ready to distribute till the housing situation came along. Left said beverage in plastic water bottles (may make your nuts shrink but wtf it helps keep you out of jail!) over at friends house in a big cooler.

Friend thought contents fo said bottles was nothing more than water and life was good.

One day friend was given a hydro out in the yard, and needed something to wash it down with. Said friend decided to sample a bottle of water and got the surprise of their life...

Anyways, friend was out of work, and decided to voluntarily distribute said product without my knowledge.

This is when the carnage happened... went down to the local bar, sold the hell out of it, and next thing you know there was all sorts of carnage.
