Popcorn Sutton Dead
I'm sorry to report that Popcorn got his letter today to go to prison. He went up to the guest house and ended it.
Very Sad indeed.

I just got the same information from someone who lives in the same area as Popcorn. He said it was all over the local news. Its really been a messed up day, Popcorn's death just caps it off. I guess that Popcorn's life could be summed up by saying that as to his life and death, he did it his way. Independent to the end.

, all because the powers that be didn't get their cut
somebody out there should be ashamed putting a chap through that.

I just heard through my grapevine about this. Very sad indeed that he felt the need to take his own life for pursuing his livelihood.

Damn, that's too bad.

A CRIME only in as much to say he broke the law, a law set up so as a government can screw people for TAX, he was being sent to prison on what most people would/should call a very minor offence, law breaker that was (popcorn Sutton) Criminal he was Not, distilling spirits you are breaking a government set-up law, you are not a, murderer, Bank robber, rapist, mugger or any of the other ''Natural'' Criminal offences.

We know the risks. sheriff of nottinham, robbinhood an all that. Sutton probably had other reasons for what he did but his statement will make the law go runnin even harder to cover it's highly exposed ass.

Popcorn felt that he was going to die in prison given his bad health. He choose to deal with it on his own terms such as he had done his whole life. Let's put him in a good place in our hearts and remember him as man who gave his life doing what the believed in. I hope Popcorn has me a jar when we meet again.
