I get PM alert to email but no PM in inbox on HD?

anyone getting the PM alert sent to their email account but when they log-in the PM is not in the message's section?

i have had two now that i get the alert but no real message in my inbox ?

Your inbox may be full. Try deleting some of the messages in the inbox.

Do you know what the limits are? Probably can't answer because it depends on the size of each pm if pictures are involved but thought I would ask Some of my PM's I want to save for references so I will probably go back and have to decide once I reach that point!

Look at the top of your Inbox for message storage space statistics... You will have two numbers and a percentage...
