And got the worst shot I have ever received in my bum. Felt like Tiger Woods teed off with a 1 wood right into my left cheak. Oh it gets better. I have a bad Kidney and urinary tract infection. I am suppose to leave tomorrow to go camping with the wife and 2 younger kids. Best part is. On the motorcycles. I don't know if I will be able to do this. But I don't want to disappoint my youngest. It's part of his birthday present. And we are meeting up with the grandpa. For skiing and tubing. I know I won't be doing that. I guess I will be holding the campsite down while they go out.

Oh I'm all so familiar with kidney problems. I've passed 8 kidney stones and number 9 was taken out manually. I plan to take it easy sit under a shade tree. Drinking lots o water and cranberry juice without the vodka. And yes this crap always seems to happen before something like this.

Oh I'm all so familiar with kidney problems. I've passed 8 kidney stones and number 9 was taken out manually. I plan to take it easy sit under a shade tree. Drinking lots o water and cranberry juice without the vodka. And yes this crap always seems to happen before something like this.

Find cranberry juice without sugar if at all possible because the sugar just feeds the infection more than the cranberry helps... I learned the hard way and then switched to plain old water...

Past 18 months I have been getting extreme pain just under the ribcage above the stomach.
End up on the floor curled up in extreme agony. Goes away within half an hour.
Went to one doctor and he told me he didn't know what it was - take antacid if it persists

Went for a check up recently at another town and this doc decided to have ultrasounds and blood tests.
At least he was willing to try.
Turns out I have gallstones.
He was all happy to let me know and almost as an afterthought told me it needs to come out....
Not the stones - the gall bladder.
To say I wasn't pleased is an understatement.
The wife did some searches on google and came up with some interesting information.
Long story short
Even with the gallbladder removed the pains may continue as it is the liver that produces gall and the gall bladder just stores it.
Without the gallbladder there is a chance that you will be running for the toilet after every meal as it regulates the amount of acid/gall that is delivered to the stomach.

So am now going to try an old remedy of drinking lots of apple juice and then purging with epsom salts and olive oil.
The stones are flushed out within a day.
Apple juice softens them and the purge does the rest.
Seems there are quite a few that have had success with this.

I've got nothing to lose and my gallbladder to gain.
If you are interested google "liver gallstones flush" interesting stuff.

TAF narnya shows up on none of my maps, but in some places you can find a "lithotripter" and the propper staff to reduce stones (gall and kidney) to sand . sound wave technology at its best. best of luck. cob
