Comprehensive Beginner's Guide to Building a Boka

When I decided to build a Boka, I was overwhelmed with the variables, and lack of specificity and direction available. After wading through every post on the HomeDistiller forum and at Yahoo and Artisan-Distiller, I finally felt confident, but was sad that the Boka information was scattered all over. If I wanted to re-visit some nugget of wisdom it took ages to re-find it. So I compiled all the information I could get my hands on, and wrote up a decent beginner's guide to building a Boka. I did it over on the Wiki site, since it lends itself to the constant edits and changes that it took to undertake this effort.

Before posting it over here on the forums, I'd love to get input from all the experts around here. Anything I've left out that you could clarify? Anything that is patently wrong? Or, in the spirit of the wiki, just go ahead and edit it!
